With your employer-paid APC+ membership, you get 100% coverage on a wide range of services for 12 months.* Once activated through your employer, take advantage of the included care during your membership period.

Provided Scope of Services:

General Services

Same or next-day appointments when you’re sick or need urgent care
Routine wellness visits within 30 days
Longer visits with your doctor (usually 30-60 minutes)
Get help anytime by text, email, chat, phone call or video visit
Coverage when your doctor is unavailable
Twelve visits per year either virtual or in-person covered
House calls if your doctor doesn’t have an office
Little or no wait time with scheduled appointments
Welcoming office with clear signs
Electronic medical records
Referrals to trusted specialists
Coordination between your doctor and specialists
Doctor contacts you within 1 day of membership
